Hey all, this is my first hero concept and since I'm not good with Deadlock's mechanics, I don't know how she'd function mechanically.
Formerly a venator, Juliette is a traitor to the organization who joined The Ritual in order to restore the humanity of her deceased lover, Rosalind. Juliette is accompanied by Rosalind's spirit, or at least, what she in her heart believes to be Rosalind's spirit, whom she betrayed the Venators to elope with.
