Bio:

Born in the 18th century, American outlaw Rick Wallace met his end at the hands of Kansas City lawmen. Known far and wide for his skill in battle, legends of his deeds kept his spirit intact throughout the ages. In time the Patrons took notice, attaining what remained of his soul and placing it inside a robotic body, where he was given the name Arsenal. His legendary accuracy and unmatched bravado still intact, Arsenal proves to be a formidable combatant, wielding a variety of weapons to suit the situation.


Ability 1: Quickdraw

Arsenal toggles between two primary weapons, with a brief 0.5 second cooldown. His default weapon is a lever action rifle with high range, moderate damage, and fast firing speed. His other weapon is a single action revolver with high damage, low range and slow firing speed. The revolver uses a separate pool of ammo, maxed out at 6 capacity. The revolver does bonus spirit damage to enemies below 50% HP. Additional charges will be converted to ammo, and cooldown reduction converted to reload speed.
  • Level 1: +20% weapon damage
  • Level 2: every 6th rifle shot explodes, dealing spirit damage in an AoE
  • Level 3: the final shot from the revolver's magazine instantly kills enemies (not mid-boss) below 25% HP


Ability 2: Bandolier

Arsenal passively reloads his weapons, as well as those of allies, loading one bullet every 3 seconds. When Arsenal gets a kill or assist on an enemy hero, he gains a large amount of movement speed and fire rate, stacking up to 6 times and scaling with spirit power.

  • Level 1: reload two bullets when dashing, every 5 seconds
  • Level 2: grant the movement speed and fire rate to nearby allies
  • Level 3: getting a kill or assist on an enemy hero fully refills your magazine

Ability 3: Shotgun Blast

Arsenal fires a double barrel shotgun, dealing damage and pushing him in the opposite direction. This ability has two charges and scales with weapon damage.

  • Level 1: -20s cooldown
  • Level 2: increase distance travelled
  • Level 3: getting kills (only kills) refreshes a charge

Ability 4: Frontier Justice

Arsenal summons the spirits of his fallen gang, forming a firing line on both sides of him and dealing massive damage to targets in front. Arsenal cannot move, but he can still fire, gaining unlimited ammo during the duration. This ability scales with both weapon damage and spirit power.

  • Level 1: -30s cooldown
  • Level 2: +20% bullet lifesteal
  • Level 3: getting a kill will extend the duration of Frontier Justice
