An arms dealer that can deal a lot of weapon damage but lacks spirit damage. Has three different weapons.(a winchester for long range, a revolver for medium range and a double barrel shotgun for close range.)
I didn't fully consider the abilities, but the hero in my mind needs some sort of mobility skill, some bomb skill like calico(or a molotov idk) and has a skill that can swap weapons quickly in fight for different situations. He should be very weak on tanking damage, should be die easily. For ultimate, a skill like vindicta's ultimate would be perfect on him.
He has neck length hair and has some sort of crown on his head. Has a camo shirt inside and a trench coat above, and his weapons is hidden inside the trench coat. Trench coat has a hood that he doesn't wear.
