Love the art and the concept. Seriously you nailed it. I feel like the abilities might be hard to balance, bonus stam is huge and reset on ult sounds like it might be too easy to accomplish. But seriously awesome work!

Smells like steam spirit. I love this character and ability design. There's a lot of room for fun interactions. Very good work.
Can we make an addition to Choo-choo where Caboose jumps to the boiler if it is active? I feel the small stature makes the character seem fragile and maybe that facilitates the need to sometimes get away from enemies.

Sounds like a good idea - small statures in a shooter format do give a character an edge in terms of survival from bullet sources though.
