A coworker of Haze and foil to her, both in personality and playstyle.
His primary fire has him tossing his hooks at people, which is slow but doesn't need to reload.
UCHAINED
The chains dragging behind Carcass break, increasing his movement and attack speed (melee included). Healing is disabled during it, though at the final tier the healing from Locked Together is enabled.
HEAVE
Carcass sends out a chain with a cement block that knocks enemies back. Has an alternate form of a hook that knocks enemies closer.
LOCKED TOGETHER
Carcass connects to an enemy with a chain, and damage from all sources against the enemy also heals Carcass. The enemy is slowed in moving away from Carcass, and their gun is disabled (though melee isn't)
SLEEP WITH THE FISHES
Lays down an area, and all enemies within the circle are given cement shoes and are grounded. The higher the enemy was in the air when the spell activated, the longer they're grounded.
Has strong starting stats but not as good scaling, so the playstyle mirrors the personality of the character in which they want to complete the ritual as quickly as possible.

Haze: What are you doing here?
Carcass: Big S sent me over to make sure the OSIC gets that patron's favor.
Haze: I don't need a babysitter for this mission.
Carcass: If you don't like it, then let's finish this as fast as possible, yeah?
Haze: What do sandmen even dream of?
Carcass: You can always find out yourself.
Haze: Answer the question.
Carcass: There's absolutely nothing. It's wonderful.
Abrams: I heard about you. The Hudson Victim. Grisly stuff.
Carcass: Please, that was my father's name. Just call me Carcass.
Ivy: What's the longest nap you've ever had?
Carcass: Probably the aftermath of the Salvadoran Scandal. The OSIC had me sleeping for about twenty months while the heat died down.
Ivy: Should I be hearing this?
Carcass: Probably not. So you better not tell anyone, or else we might have an Arroyan Scandal on our hands.
Ivy: Is that a threat?
Carcass: Maybe to us both. I'd hate to have to wake up for it.
Carcass: What's the point of staying alive so long anyway?
Lady Geist: You wouldn't understand what it's like. Growing old, feeling yourself waste away…it's disgusting.
Carcass: If you hate growing old, there's a much quicker way to solve that problem.
Lady Geist: How dare you!
Paradox: Should I be worried about the OSIC coming after me?
Carcass: Why would you?
Paradox: I'm a part of Paradox.
Carcass: What's that?
Paradox: Are you really a part of the OSIC, or did you just steal their ugliest uniform?
Carcass: If the report's longer than a paragraph, I skip it.
Vindicta: So you kill without thought?
Carcass: Don't you?
Vindicta: I kill with a purpose. Whether it be for justice, or for protection. You kill simply because someone told you to.
Carcass: What's it matter? In a thousand years, the bones will look the same.
McGinnis: What's stopping you from finding a nice hole to sleep in, no disturbances from the OSIC?
Carcass: Setting up a place for myself sounds like too much work.
McGinnis: So you kill people because you're just lazy?
Carcass: I stick with the people that make my life easier. I'm sure you understand the feeling.
Wraith: Nice cement.
Carcass: Yeah, shit job though. Didn't dry enough and the body floated to shore.
Wraith: Rookie mistake. Couldn't have been my men, then.
