Hero Build Item's not selectable

Unable to select Items when attempting to create a build. Selecting an item does nothing. Essentially rendering hero build creation useless.

How do you or I repro this bug?

Adding to this: when you got to create a section to add items into, it creates 2 sections instead of 1. Restarting fixes the bug. I have had it happen several times with no idea on replicating it.

Adding to this: If you add two empty sections you can then add items to the fourth section.

If you attempt to delete section 1 2 or 3, it will delete section 3 and 4 but still show the items as selected in the hero item view.
