This is my idea for a hero, Abyssa. They serve to be short-mid range hero that uses the high buildings in the game with the combination of AoE damage.
My idea of their physical look. Imagine Maka from Soul Eater, but in the style of the Deadlock.
Weapon "The Malice" : Scythe Gun (picture below for reference).
Primary functions similar to a rocket launcher or a single projectile in a straight light. Alt-fire charge your weapon and shoot your entire clip size in a single bolt. Based on the Cow Mangler in TF2. Instead of a gun with normal ammo, it could be a heat gun similar to Tokamak's gun.
1. Cold Touch: Summon a skull for 8 seconds that seeks a nearby enemy hero. On contact do Spirit damage (60 x 0.8) and slow the target (-20%)
LvL 1: Skull flies faster
LvL 2: -14s Cd
LvL 5: -15% Spirit Resist on hit.
Range: 30
Duration: 4s
CD: 30s
2. Precise Speed: Increase the Bullet Resist (5) and Movement Speed of nearby allies (+0.5m/s Move Speed).
LvL 1: +10% Melee Damage
LvL 2: +10 Bullet Resist
LvL 5: +1.5m/s Move Speed
Range: 10
Duration: 5s
CD: 27
3. Atrophy Aura (Passive): Weakens enemy heroes's Weapon damage within their radius(-6%). If an enemy unit dies while under Atrophy Aura. Abyssa gains temporary bonus Spirit damage to their bullets (10 x 0.3)
LvL 1: Duration +10s
LvL 2: +10 Range
LvL 5: Weapon damage reduction increased to -15%
Range: 15
Duration: 20s
4. Soul Absorb: Point and click ability. Target an enemy hero, dealing Spirit damage (20 x 0.5) while healing from the damage done for 7 seconds.
If the enemy hero dies while under the effect, their soul is summoned as a friendly unit that follows Abyssa and shoots at nearby enemy units (prioritizing heroes). The bullets of the soul are considered spell shots, so they scale of additional Spirit (10x 0.7)
LvL 1: Duration +3s
LvL 2: -20s CD
LvL 5: Summon a 2nd ghost
Range: 15
Duration: 12s
CD: 90s
