Heavy Melee visual effects/sound bugs

I saw that Calico heavy melee was not showing normal heavy melee queues after her leaping slash (normal queues being the sound and bright visual during the charge up), I figured out all the people that can also replicate it to a point. And all of these are heavy melee immediately after the ability used, buffering the input if they can

Calico leaping slash, Dynamo rejuvenating aurora, Infernus flame dash, and Mo & Krill burrow.

Unsure if this is only client side or not. Unable to test it myself.
