While I'm pretty happy with the way healing works right now, I think this would be an interesting case for bringing back something like
the Shrines Dota 2 used to have. Deadlock feels way more like a MOBA than a shooter in its current iteration, meaning fast-paced action where you can quickly reset from an engagement by picking up a respawning health pack seems antithetical to the current flow the game has right now. Even water runes and lotuses are important resources teams fight over because they're so limited and impactful to early game. I don't think it's necessarily a bad idea to have some form of quick healing on the map, but it'd have to be something that's thoughtfully implemented.
