When Drifter was hit by a Radiant Dagger while on the vent, he immediately got executed from 1.8k health. Even from Escalating Exposure and Radiant Dagger stacks, that shouldn't have been enough damage to kill him.
Interestingly, in the Death Report, a field 'Condemned by the Patron' also appears, which might have something to do with the execution. I can't imagine where the execution came from, otherwise.
