healing rite bug shows off cool down when used

healing rite will be consumed but it will not show the count down it will say it is usable when it is still actually on cool down

It's not only healing rite, but most other items as well.
Cold Front, for instance, can also show that. Or Slowing Hex. Or any other, really.
