Healbane doesn't work with Pocket's Ultimate (Affliction)

Hey y'all, I noticed that something was off with the healing numbers after ulting people with Pocket's Ultimate. I tested it with a friend and sure enough Healbane isn't procing with Pocket's Ultimate while it does proc off items, and other abilities.
