HDR brightness issues

until the last update HDR was fine. Every time I launch the game in full screen it turns off windows HDR and my brightness plummets and the game looks extra dim on my OLED. anyone else having this issue?

Is your monitor's HDR settings set to auto?

I use Win+Alt+b to toggle HDR and have it off most of the time unless I'm viewing HDR content.
Game looks fine on my end. I'm wondering if HDR is maybe on, on your monitor, messing up the brightness when it's off in Windows.

yeah it goes from normal oled brightness to so dim I have to squint. only in fullscreen mode it will shut off windows HDR
