Haze ultimate rework

Ult haze feels really oppressive right now at pretty much all levels with little to no counterplay. If she gets ahead and buys Unstoppable + Tesla/Toxic/Merc mag Metal Skin really doesn't matter much and she feels incredibly snowbally and unfun to play against. I feel like the meta currently lacks good "pick" heroes and I think reworking her ultimate could also help this issue. Rather than having her ultimate be the current AOE bullet dance, I think it would be interesting if she did a small AOE burst (like Abram's Siphon Life radius) that put enemies to sleep, and then shot her bullet dance in a cone where she's aiming (like Celeste's Light Eater) rather than in an AOE around her. I think this would still give her ultimate use in team fights by putting nearby enemies to sleep but force her to focus on 1-3 targets to try to kill during her ult. I think this might feel more fair to play against and also move her more towards the identity of a pick hero which I feel the hero pool needs more of. I envision her being able to invade the enemy Jungle with her invisibility, sleep dagger someone, shoot them to build up fixation and do damage, then pop her ultimate putting them back to sleep if close enough doing big focused/concentrated damage. I think this change would also allow her to continue to build similar items to counter Metal Skin but would prevent her from feeling so oppressive and snow balling so hard to the point where there's little counterplay.
 
Yeah no that shit was rough dawg. An entire team built around haze ult against a team of rando's is just a one-sided massacre.
