haze ult visual bug

after using my ult the fov changed for like 5 minutes and it went back to normal randomly

Was able to reproduce this (not intentionally), Ignore the Music haha

Events in order:
- Dashing in
- Starting Ultra (Animation Plays) -> Camera Zooms Out
- I suppose before the first shot I got interrupted by Bebop Hook -> Ultra denied
- Camera stays out Zoomed
- Resets on death back to normal
