so you can just

I have to say that this is apparently intended. Viscous can also use carpet during goo ball and fly into people at high speeds.

They specifically let Haze use active items during her ult. Hard to oversee a single item seemingly so impactful when making that change.

Not to mention that it's affected by the movement slow of the ult, actually balancing the thing out. Would've been a big problem if she could just zoom around with the Magic Carpet at normal speed.

Warp Stone and Phantom Strike are potentially more impactful here. Unless you're caught indoors, burned through all of your stamina and other escape options (such as Metal Skin, Ethereal Shift, Viscous's Cube, etc.), Haze's ult is pretty escapable, even if she gets movement slow items or something like Tesla Bullets/Toxic Bullets + Mystic Slow.

No offense, but if you think that after the Lucky Shot nerf and Haze ult hitting only one target that Haze players are going to be flying around on a carpet that costs 6200, and was already extremely niche, and gives Haze nothing, you probably don't know very much about the game.
