Haze ult does not linearly scale with fire rate

Haze ult doesn't seem to respect fire rate as would be expected. Instead, after passing certain breakpoints the firerate appears to kick in. It appears to happen every +50% fire rate (after accounting for the +20% from the ult itself). So only after passing +30% and then again at +80% fire rate will damage dramatically increase, but not at all in between those values. I would assume this isn't intended, and that the damage from the ult should properly scale up with fire rate.

Screenshots for different firerates included. At max level with all skills maxed and items only changed out to change fire rate, you can tell when I have kinetic dash active on the left.
