Haze Ult Cylinder + Ignores Time Wall

Haze's ult, like Ivy's ult before the fix has no damage roof. Not sure of the term, but it will target anyone above no matter the distance.

Haze's ult becomes hitscan and completely ignore Paradox's time wall. If that's intentional, that's fine, but it feels like a lack of continuity.

Sorry, about the time stop. I must be misremembering.
There does seem to be inconsistencies with the sphere though. Maybe its extended reach on ult not showing properly on the red outline.
