Haze suggestion: Adding an alt cast for smoke bomb

it's for escaping after the ult or from a gank
when using the alt cast all the effects that would normally apply will still apply and haze will throw an actual smoke bomb
can use the dynamic smokes from cs2
rather than being an alt cast for haze's smoke bomb can be an item too?
maybe some debuffs for the ones inside of the smoke
can be something like a 2 second of blindness in an area too
