haze sleep dagger knife

i have noticed that haze sleep dagger not working on some of the player for some odd reason. i hit warden with and less then a second he started shooting me even with the sleep effect on him. i noticed some of the minions get stuck in the air or even stuck in their capsule at sometimes and this makes some other minions stop in their track and shoot at a capsule only players can damage.
