I've noticed that I simply don't deal significant damage anymore until I've built like, 3 high-tier gun items. I've been talking to other Haze players and they also seem to believe that they are dealing less damage since the last patch. Is this merely a result of new items and builds on other heroes affecting Haze negatively or is this an actual bug?

I wasn't aware. How is it bugged? Does it once again not proc off Fixation?
