Before most recent big patch fixation damage was not doubled by hitting headshots. There was no mention about this change but right now both base bullet damage and fixation damage are doubled while hitting heads. I know that this was not a thing before as i made a post in hero feedback forum how hitting headshots with haze is not very beneficial since you're dealing most of the damage from fixation, not your bullets.
This would explain why all of the sudden this character deals so much more damage than before.
