Haze dealing decreased damage to objectives

Haze seems to only deal a partial amount of her original damage from bullets.
It's unclear wether this happened after the hotfix 4 hours ago, or the hotfix of the hotfix 20 minutes ago. (https://steamdb.info/changelist/27224072/ and https://steamdb.info/changelist/27226590/ respectively)

The bug does not affect melees.
Whenever Haze shoots, no matter the distance (as long as it's inside damage range against the objective), she will deal only a portion of her damage (seemingly), and the game will display the text "Too far!"

After a certain amount of damage seemingly (attatchment shows 40 stacks, headshots, with some items), the damage doesn't necessarily go back to normal, but it stops showing the "Too far!" text popup.

Unlike the bug reported a bit ago, this seems to be reproducible in sandbox environments.

I've yet to confirm if this actually happens in normal games.

Note: As someone that does not play Haze, and this is not the joke it sounds like, I can't actually tell if this is simply a visual bug and Haze always deals this amount of damage to objectives, or if the bug actually reduces outgoing damage.
