Its 12am im tired and high so I just made a video with all the info. basically hazes bullet dance doesnt headshot unless you look down at the ground while you do it. However it only applies for debuffs. It doesnt give you additional fixation stacks or damage (except for extra damage from the debuff IE: Crippling Headshot debuff)
haze bug with her ult is able to headshot but only when looking down at ground.
