Why not branch out for dps effects? I did suggest it cutting down all damage instances (in this case, spirit) by a flat amount to hit dps the most. Not any impact damage, but the dps aspect of it. (If it's immediately dps, okay, but otherwise, not that i.e: Vindicta has impact + dps for crows).

Like scaling from 2 to 16, per boon. Work with all that what you described (minus grasping hands and Venator trap), plus Abrams, plus drifter's bleed, plus Infernus afterburn, plus mo krill burrow spin, plus ivy thorns, plus mcginnis turret, plus heavy barrage, plus plus pocket ult, plus lightning ball, plus seven ult, plus shiv knife bleed, plus silver werewolf leap, plus venator grenade, plus victor aura, plus Vindicta crow.

Plus toxic bullets, plus spirit burn, plus scourge, plus torment pulse, plus decay, plus stalker.

Have it a 1.6K item.

i think an item like this could be a viable 3.2k to be honest, i would limit it to tech damage instances too so guns arent too impacted as they already have a wide variety of counters

What do you mean by tech damage instances? I can see how there may be an over gutting, but I want to understand what you define as tech.
