Having issues inviting my friends

hey guys, i am having issues inviting my pals to the playtest 3 of them are from brazil so i first tried to invite them to latam servers, but i was later told that it only works for NA server so i tried to invite so after a few days i tried to invite them again but to the NA servers, but after 4 days they still haven't been invited, did i make a mistake ? i if so them no problem i just wanna test this game with my pals, otherwise i am loving the game so far

Re-inviting them in a different region won't do anything. As soon as South America servers get put up, they'll be invited
