having a sudden connection down and spamming pause seemly use all pauses (?) or something else used all pause

in this match, 67139630 at 1:25 my entire connection for some reason went down for a few seconds. I started to spam pause as soon i receiveed this issue.

enemy team paused one time before that and none of our team, yet it consumed all 3 ? haze tried to pause and i also did and was receiving the message we used all

If I heard correctly, spamming pause during the intro uses up the team's pauses and it doesn't pause the game, so there might have been someone doing that
