Shame on Yoshi and Valve on trying to make it in General Gameplay feedback to silence any potential criticism of how they handle the game. Pathetic.
Have to make this post on here because at this point, the smurfing problem is rampant amongst lower ranks, and it screws over the casual playerbase.

1. Being very hostile and insulting anyone, not just the devs, on the forums is not welcome, so I'd appreciate it if you'd calm down and use the forums for their intended purpose: Feedback and bug reporting. If you'd like to report posts on the forums that are potentially hostile or aggressive, please do so and I'll see to it that they're looked into.
2. I moved the post to General Feedback. Smurfing is not a bug, although it is a point of contention that you can give feedback to. If you were looking to report a smurf on the forums, this also wouldn't be the place as you'd report them in-game.
