"Harvest" - A frontline character with incredibly low HP (450 starting).
Passive stats as follows-
Health: 450
Health Regen: 6/s *0.5 (50% of Spirit gained as health regen)
Bullet Resis: 0% *0.03
Spirit Resis: 15% *0.08
Move Speed: 8/s
Sprint Speed: 1/s
Stamina: 4

Weapon: Primary Fire - Short range, flamethrower-esque effect, dealing damage in a cone in front of him at a range of 20 "Units" with a spread of about 110 degrees. The closer to the enemy he is, the more damage it deals. (This is roughly the distance of an unmodified Warden 3, and 110 degrees is about this big)
This weapon has 100 'Ammo' baseline and fires 12 shots/second dealing 5 damage per 'shot' (Again, like a flamethrower of sorts)

Alternative Fire - Charges up the weapon akin to a Husk Canon in Killing Floor 2, making a loud high-pitched noise for about 1.5 seconds, after which it's automatically released, consuming 50 ammo and dealing 160 damage in a small aoe with heavy falloff from point of impact.

Abilities:
1 - Reap.
Infuses your weapon with souls, causing it to give you stacks of Reaping whenever it deals damage for the next 8*0.2 seconds. Stacks up to 10*0.1 times.
Reaping: Increases bullet damage and bullet lifesteal by 3*0.02% per stack. 38 Second Cooldown
Cooldown: 0.3 (Can only gain a stack every 0.3 seconds per target, similar to Mirages' 3 having a 2.5 sec per-target CD)
Rank 1: Gain 15% Bullet and Spirit resistance while you have Reaping.
Rank 2: -18 Sec Cooldown
Rank 3: Reap now also increases your Spirit Damage by 3*0.02% per stack.

2 - Till the Weak.
Mark an Enemy. Over the next 10 seconds, 15% of the damage they take is reduced. At the end of this duration, they take 100*0.3% of prevented damage per second over 3 seconds. Damage dealt to a Marked enemy heals you and nearby friendly characters within 2.5*0.3 meters of you for 20% of the damage dealt.
28 Second Cooldown.
Rank 1: Deals an additional 50*0.28 baseline DPS.
Rank 2: Now targets an additional nearby enemy (Priority against heroes)
Rank 3: Lasts an additional 5 seconds.

3. Harvest Slash
Summon a scythe in a 10*0.09m radius in front of you, dealing melee damage to targets hit plus an additional 90*0.9 Spirit Damage. Any target hit is slowed by 60% for 1 second.
18 Second Cooldown.
Rank 1: Heroes killed by Harvest Slash permanently gives you 12 Spirit Power.
Rank 2: Heroes killed by Harvest Slash permanently increases your maximum health by 50*0.3
Rank 3: Harvest Slash heals you for 100% of the damage dealt.

4. Bloodmoon
140-*0.1 Second Cooldown
Empower all nearby allies (Structures and creeps included) with 50% Increased movement speed and health regen equal to yours, immediately refreshing their and your non-ultimate cooldowns. Lasts 12*0.08 seconds.

Rank 1: Gives all nearby allies 30% more spirit power and spirit lifesteal.
Rank 2: Releases a nova from you on-use, rooting all enemies within 5*0.08 Meters for 3 seconds and dealing 20% of their maximum health as spirit damage to them.
Rank 3: Gain 50% Bullet and Spirit reflect during the duration of Bloodmoon.

I don't have an artpiece or anything but I imagine it to be a bit like a glowy almost scarecrow adjacent.
