(Hardware related) lag significantly worse than in previous builds

I've had a lot of lag, especially in the last match I just played, yet had fine ping and fps. The only constant I noticed was SERVER CPU utilization remaining quite high (at times hitting 120%)

I asked the other players if they were experiencing the same -- they said no. So I'm assuming it's hardware related. Here are my specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 48.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU: GTX 1070 zotac.

I checked CPU utilization in task manager and it reported, while I was dead anyway, that CPU utilization for Deadlock was around 50%.

Further, does anybody know if there are any settings I can change to decrease load on my CPU? I'm assuming that's the issue -- I could be wrong of course.
