Hard crashes (computer turns off) under dx11

I get hard crashes under dx11 on Windows. It was happening at odd times. Then started happening everytime I died. Then would happen on just startup.
Running with -vulkan worked correctly.

I now think that it was pegging my GPU and overheating.

I was able to get dx11 to run reliably by using AMD's software to hard limit deadlock to 144fps.

I have not seen this with any other game

I lied. Throttling the FPS doesn't fix it. But it lasted a few games first.
