had a power outage now im in low priority queue with a 24 hour ban

i paused for my missing giest and had a 4 hour power outage, im sad bc i just got off a loss streak
im assuming nothing will come of me posting here but i dont leave matches often and honestly just want to get off this recent slump in my game

im starting to feel cursed man, every game i play on yamato something happens and it's just unwinnable i feel like valve is telling me not to play her lol.

has anyone ever gotten anything from the dev team when this sort of thing happens?
