Gunbrella
The name is just an explanation of the concept.
A weather themed character with an umbrella doubling as a gun.
Think Charlie Chaplin, but tall and slender man with a worn face, a noir look, maybe detective coat?, bowler hat and his futuristic gun umbrella+MG42 hybrid weapon.
Ability 1 - Sky High
Sends out a "bowler hat" projectile forwards. If it connects it deals damage and sends the target flying up. Can hit enemies and allies.
If it hits a wall, it becomes stuck and serves as a useable jump pad for a few seconds.
Ability 2 - HIgh Score
Clenches his fist and punches in the air. Calls upon a lightning bolt to strike down on whoever is highest (on Z-axis) in a 17m radius..
If there is nobody but yourself, you become electro-charged and recieve a small bonus movement speed and fire rate. You still take damage though.
(Z-axis check do also account for model height)
Ability 3 - Bullet Rain
Has two stages of activation.
-Stage one: Holds the umbrella in front of the character towards crosshair, acting as a shield that absorbs all bullets and takes no damage from spirit based projectiles (these are not stored, just mitigated). This lasts for 1 seconds.
-The bullets soaked are now stored for up to 5 seconds. Player is returned to normal firing mode, but can choose to activate stage 2.
-Stage two: Activate again to fire all the soaked up bullets back at the enemy towards where you aim over 1 second.
(Might last longer depending on how much is stored, for balance reasons)
(Should work with Rejuvantor and creeps too for bigger game sandbox)
Ability 4 - Balloon Head
Target an enemy to blow up their head, increasing head size by 250%. They reduced aerial mobility and fall down much much slower.
Combos: Send people up into the sky with 1 and strike them with 2. You can also use 3 to prevent them from coming down and get plenty of shots on their head. Ballon head also synergises with headshot items.
Balance thoughts: If balloon head is somehow too weak for an ultimate, just swap it around with ability 2 and make it have more hits and bigger aoe.
