After fairly extensive testing in sandbox, I have discovered that Grey Talon ultimate is not executing as intended with the tier 3 upgrade. Instead of killing targets that are left with less than 22% after being hit by the Guided Owl, nothing happens and the target is left alive. This is very easy to replicate in Sandbox mode with 0 ability cooldown activated, as people are highlighted red when below 22% health during Guided Owl.
