Guide description content being too long can cause items in the category to be hidden

When making a build, entering a category description that's too long can cause items to collapse and effectively be hidden, making it difficult to use the guide.

Ideally, the space taken up by items in a category has a minimum height that can't be collapsed, with longer guides using the already-existing feature of allowing the user to scroll the guide if it wouldn't fit all on screen.
