Guardian Damage Is Bugged For Guns

Everything except shotguns currently has about 33% or less damage occurring.

Vindicta doing about 3 dmg, infernus doing 1, haze doing 1 or less. All shotgun characters have consistent DPS.

What's the problem?

Vindicta has a large ammo capacity and high fire rate, while Infernus has a third ability that deals a lot of damage.
