Grey Talon Wall Peeking is bugged? (video provided)

I feel like Grey Talons Wall Peeking is messed up. His auto attack profectile propably comes out of his chest instead of his bow which makes weird interaction while wall peeking. I compared with other heros how far they can wall peek and talons wall peek is almost non existand and also buggy. I play against heros that just casually shoot me behind a wall and i cant see a pixel of them and i just cant do the same.
