What if Grey Talon had a maximum of 3 ult charges, all charging with regular CD. You can alt-cast to fire all charges in one big bird with larger radius, higher damage, longer stun. The ability would rescale, making single birds weaker, and the big bird about twice as strong as the current bird. When you have multiple charges and choose to fire only one bird, there is a CD of 15s between charge use to prevent spamming.
