grey talon received change to ult where
- Grey Talon: Guided Owl bonus spirit on death now has a 3s buffer window
However this buffer window is not correct / not working as intended.

I do not think it was due to being a kill in quick succession as this has happened prior in other matches as well
Intended result was +10 but only received +5
