Grey Talon in the last update

I don't know why we need the change in the last update. Grey Talon was not that strong and not many people like to play this hero. Now even less people want to touch him. Make him weaker seems so silly imo.

The devs literally had no reason at all to change Grey Talon's kit. Idk what they were thinking. Now he is too reliant on a spirit build to actually do something.

Now he is too slow and does not stand a chance in any team fight.

Please revert him back.

This makes no sense, his movespeed scaling from spirit was removed so why would you still build spirit and complain he is too slow? Change your build.

He's less reliant on spirit now, it scales his bullet damage but you can get that from weapons anyway so buying weapons is better now. Especially since his base damage was increased from 22 to 30. Use your spirit slots for resist reduction items, Quicksilver, or some actives.

I used to buy weapons for GT all the time. But now his fire rate is no longer scaling from spirit and his base fire rate got nerf. If you really play GT a lot, you will see the difference. He's now weaker than before for sure

Easier to catch, but not weaker. He still deals the same spirit damage with higher gun base damage, just much slower and maybe harder to contest last hits. He got 4 stamina so that kinda makes up for the movement nerf a little.

I actually like this version of Grey Talon. Because of the way the math works out it's better in Deadlock to get additional firerate on high-damage guns than it is to get additional damage on high-firerate guns, so with current GT I can basically build full spirit for charged shot spam and grab a couple fire rate items to take advantage of his absolutely juiced bullet damage.
Being a backline sniper damage-dealer, he needs a good frontline class on his team (hopefully being piloted by someone with a brain) to draw attention and disrupt while he sits back and dishes out massive damage. This is kind of annoying, but I don't think it's a design failing that the character with unparalleled damage output at long range is weak when you rush him down.
