Unsure if this is a bug but you can zoom in with Grey Talons 1st ability if you immediately hold the zoom whilst you charge the arrow with 1. If you let go of the zoom button, you can no longer zoom in once your 1 is charged.
Examples in video: First is just holding 1, second is holding 1 and then zooming immediately (i also let go of zoom towards the end and attempt to zoom in again before firing but you can't)
