Greater Expansion not displaying its full stats in the discription.

Both items get aplied to items and abilities but greater expansion´s description doesn´t say it.

Because a while ago "cooldown reduction" was separated into "ability" and "item" cooldown resuction. Ability CDR only works for abilities, item CDR only for items. That's why Trans CD mentions both, it jas 2 different stats.

Greater expansion only has 1 stat, which affects both items and abilities. All items with bonus range affect both

Wouldn´t it be more transparent to clarify, that it affects both stats rather than only mentioning it in the text? I for example have never read the text and asumed that only the displayed stats are important. Thus not knowing that it affects both stats.

It's not that it's hard to comprehend but that it's unintuitive. This could be communicated better, and it should be.

Ask yourself, "Is this the best possible way to express this information?" and the answer is pretty clearly no. It's fine, but a higher quantity of people will be confused by it than there would be if it was refined.
