That is possible to melee. However, I found some spots that are even more unfair to reach, which includes out of bounds. I've reported the ones that are more unfair to the devs. I think this one is okay, as you can parkour your way up to break it. The other ones, are way more discrete in location or some cases require you to break out of geometry.
