I have found that if you are close enough to the skybox as graves and look down you are able to place the gravestone on top of the skybox itself, making it uninteractable to basically everyone but viscous. you can do this anywhere you can touch the skybox.

gonna test if theres any other abilities this works on
Edit: seems like the same issue has been reported on sinclair. mcginnis can also place turrets on top of the skybox by looking up while jumping into it. the only other interaction i found was viscous can goo punch on geometry past the skybox if he jumps into it.
