Normally, you cannot place Borrowed Decree on a teleporeter. However, just moving closer to it and placing it right next to Graves bypasses that, blocking the teleporter.
Abuse Cases:
-Blocking the TP so that the enemy can't run away
-Camping the teleporter by blocking its exit and waiting for someone to TP to kill them. (they cannot go back because in order to do that you need to leave and re-enter the teleporter, and the grave blocks it.)
