Graves’ “Jar of the Dead” does not proc Spellslinger

When using Graves’ 1 ability Jar of the Dead, the item Spellslinger doesn’t seem to recognize it as a “cast” despite the fact it clearly is.

Yoshi please fix (and also buff graves pls)
