Point at a surface, click, get yoinked to reticle.

This does not have a specific purpose and competes with Majestic Leap, but it would be criminal to have a game in “manhattan” and not game test some spiderman movement.

Could also be a specific hero ability or a new function added to Bebop.

It wouldn't be as strong as Majestic Leap as it wouldn't be instant. I also imagine it could be slower. This could allow them to put it in a different tier - likely with a lower cooldown!

All-in-all though, I like the idea
