Graphics issues on low end hardware + can't connect to bot servers (testing)

I decided to play this game on my only pc I have, which is very old, and I have a few issues going on:

1. Takes longer for hero models to load in the heroes menu
2. Trying to go in public or private bot servers would result in the game not responding for me, then almost a minute later, I can be able to select my hero, which would then cause the game to say not respond, before kicking me out back to the lobby, "due to a connection error".
3. Playing hero sandbox mode is the only one that really works for me, as I can at least select a hero, wait 30 seconds, and finally load in. However, A lot of the graphics to the map are black, or in a very glitched out color. Only some hero models, troopers, some vehicle props, and the shop shows their models with working textures.

At the moment, there still a lot I need to test out, for example, the watch tab, but the menu is the only thing that is the fastest in the game.
I have recorded some in game footage of sandbox mode, however keep in mind, because I am using a low end pc, the output had lagged out the performance.

As for specs, here is what I am working with:
CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 2 cores
Ram: 6gb
OS: Windows 7
GPU: None (Integrated graphics from the CPU)
Normal resolution: 1280 x 1024 x 60 hertz

While unfortunately I can't access the other modes that I wanted to, just trying out this game so far is really cool and fun, and I am glad I am able to have this opportunity.

I have exactly the same error with textures, I guess it's because of the model of my gpu which is a gtx 660, maybe the game is not compatible for older hardware at the moment.

While I think it's a bit early to think about minimum specs, Windows 7 is not supported on Steam since earlier this year.

OS aside, I guess we could use CS2's specs as a base since this game runs on the same engine. Does your PC run CS2 well? The game is currently unoptimized (see recent patches and threads), but it's also probably way less demanding than it will be during the actual release.

I play cs2, and as of today I have no texture problems like the one in the image, with performance usually above 120fps. It is rare that with deadlock I get this texture error.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690
Ram: 16gb
OS: Windows 10
GPU: GT640 1gb
Normal resolution: 1440 x 900 x 75 hertz
Minimal graphics settings.

This problem has been around for a long time. I think this is due to the large textures and the small amount of video memory on the video cards. Most likely, it will be fixed later. If anything, you can describe the problem in this thread.
