My GPU Clock and power draw spike whenever I'm in the "Social", "Chat Wheel", or "Controller" tabs within the Settings menu (and I can hear coil whine). Occasionally, it will also spike initially when loading the "Video" or "Audio" tabs as well as for a moment during the intro animation, but dies down shortly thereafter (whereas it will stay extremely high while in the first 3 tabs mentioned.
