I don't remember how exactly it happened nor when it happened, but it was probably about 5-10 mins before the game ended, I can give more details once the replay is ready but I just want to post it now before I forget due to my awful memory

update: I finally got the replay, it happened at 33:12, my teleport landed on the bottom of one of the arches in purple lane and I ended up inside it, not sure if that's relevant or not but I was jumping right before the teleport
